Troy is committed to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience to make your session stress-free, easy and fun.  He is also committed to producing the highest quality headshot images to make you stand out and get noticed, and/or the highest quality portrait images you can be proud to show off and treasure for years to come.  Troy wants you to be completely satisfied with your experience and deliverables, therefore:

• Prior to your session, you'll have a consultation with Troy on a mutually agreed upon date and time.  During your consultation Troy will provide you with some general information about your upcoming session, and you’ll discuss your wants, needs, expectations, and any questions you may have.

• During your session, you’ll review your images together on a large screen to make sure you're achieving the results you want.  If you’re not satisfied with those images, he'll continue to shoot until you are!

• Should your session fail to produce satisfactory images due to reasons within your control such as displeasure with your general appearance, hairstyle, makeup, or clothing, you are invited to schedule another session at your expense.

• Should your session fail to produce satisfactory images due to reasons within Troy's control such as non-functioning equipment, or failure to capture properly exposed images, he will schedule another session for you free of charge.

• After receiving your final images, if you’re not satisfied with the retouching, Troy will retouch them once again to address your concerns with original retouching applied.

Troy is committed to your complete satisfaction, however, he does realize there are always those who can never be satisfied.  Therefore, for any disputes over services and products provided, the client's viewpoint shall be evaluated from the “reasonable person” standard, and the photographer's viewpoint shall be evaluated on the “standards of the profession” standard.
